Fan Relocation – PP1 to Clinker Loading

Description

This project involved the relocation of an existing cement fan from PP1 to the clinker loading area to support improved material handling and ventilation efficiency. The relocation was executed with minimal disruption to plant operations.

Scope of Works

• Dismantling of the cement fan at PP1

• Safe transportation of equipment to the clinker loading area

• Preparation of new foundations and supports

• Mechanical installation and alignment of the fan

• Electrical re-connection and commissioning
